Save time, money and stress with Fairview Financial

Find out how we can help you by looking after the whole mortgage process from start to finish

Experienced mortgage advisers

Buying a home, investing in a property or remortgaging does not need to be as stresful and expensive as you may think. If you haven’t considered an independent mortgage advisor before, let us explain how at Fairview Financial we help our clients with completely impartial and expert advice.

As an independent mortgage broker, we are not tied to any lender or financial institution. Our job is to find the right mortgage for you – not the one that serve us best.

Whether you are self-employed, have an adverse credit history or a first-time buyer, we will search the whole of the mortgage market through thousands of mortgages – some exclusive to mortgage brokers only, to ensure the mortgage we choose is the right mortgage suited to your individual circumstances.

There will be no pushy sales person pressuring you to take their deal. Just sound, honest advice from an independent broker who listens to what you need.

Fairview Financial will also work alongside your chosen mortgage provider, estate agent, solicitor and surveyor to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible for you.

Mortgages which others will tell you are not possible

Many of our clients tell us that they have previously struggled to get a mortgage elsewhere, either having been declined by a high-street bank or having received incorrect mortgage advice. They are delighted when our expert team work relentlessly to deliver exactly what they’ve wished for.

We will find a mortgage to suit you – whatever your situation:

Free advice for First-Time Buyers

Please be assured that when you engage our services as a first-time buyer, we will not charge you a fee. We receive a commission from the lender and we choose not to charge first-time buyers a broker fee because we know how many other costs are involved in buying your first house.

YOUR HOME OR PROPERTY MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBTS SECURED ON IT.
